Stay In Touch With Your Advisor

Your EPIB major advisor is your primary contact for advice on your major, career and graduate study options, courses to take to satisfy your degree and career goals, and for any questions you have about graduating on time. Your advisor is also a good source of information about obtaining research experience, internships, and summer jobs.

You can obtain up-to-date information on your progress toward your degree by visiting Degree Navigator. You can view your transcripts here.

If you have questions about your SEBS core requirements or problems with enrollment, please visit SEBS advising through their website chat https://sebs.rutgers.edu/chat or their offices on the first floor of Martin Hall.

Who is Your EPIB Major Advisor?

You can look up your advisor at mymajor.sebs.rutgers.edu.

  1. Go to: mymajor.sebs.rutgers.edu
  2. Login with your NetID and password.
  3. In the upper right corner of the screen you will see a two letter Academic Advisor Code.
  4. The list below indicates the Advisor code for each faculty member.

Declaring your major in EPIB?

Go to mymajor.sebs.rutgers.edu and follow the instructions from the SEBS website on declaring a major . Once you have declared the major you should set up a meeting with Corey Adams (ca863@sebs.rutgers.edu), Dr. Cara Cuite (cuite@sebs.rutgers.edu) or Dr. Rachael Shwom (shwomrac@sebs.rutgers.edu), and they will approve you as a new major and assign an advisor.
