Explore the Mekong Delta through Rutgers’ faculty-led Winter Study Abroad program. This 3-credit course immerses students in one of the world’s most important food-producing regions, examining how climate change, water management, agriculture, and rapid economic transition are reshaping communities and landscapes. From urban parks to floating markets, students will experience climate adaptation, economic development, and food security firsthand while discovering the complex environmental and social challenges facing one of the world’s great river deltas.
